Our keynote speakers for the Citizenship Breakfast, Ed and Sue Birch, gave an inspiring talk about giving back to our community. They explained what a foundation is and why is was important to them to set up the Mosher Foundation. At the end of their talk, they gave our students the opportunity to decide which non-profit organization they would choose to gift with $100. Our students chose Santa Barbara Wildlife Care Network. The Mosher Foundation donated $100 on behalf of our class. How cool is that?! We received this letter today.
