Here are the logistics:

• Event will run from 9:00-12:00 with lunch following
• Buses will leave Lower School at 8:30
• T-shirts will be sent home on Thursday to be worn on Friday (IF THEY ARE READY).  If not ready, we will change at Hope Ranch.
• Kids should wear field day shirt, shorts, athletic shoes with socks, and sunscreen.  Hats are okay, too.  
• Activities will be played within age groups (EK-1, 2-4)
• AFTERCARE IS NOT AVAILABLE on this day
• Parents will indicate pick up on the note going home today. The options are:

• At the event
• At Lower School
• Stay with Kellen and Elyse for theater dress rehearsal on the Hope Ranch campus

• In the case of rain, alternative plans will be made with school still ending at 12:30, and the bussing of students to Hope Ranch for theater (likely at noon).
