Last week was a terrific week of community building and creativity. In social studies, our class was engaged in learning about continents and oceans; in math, we worked on place value and rounding with large numbers; in reading, students were finishing up their summer reading book hanger projects; in writing, we wrote personal narratives about events that have happened in our neighborhoods.
